Each sauna is built to order, so it isn't a next-day item. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves the facility.

Delivered by freight carrier to the kerb within the 48 contiguous states. They call ahead to arrange a window. We do not ship internationally.

Common questions

How long until it arrives?

15 to 30 days, sometimes sooner. Each unit is built to order rather than pulled off a shelf. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships, and the freight carrier calls to book a delivery window.

Do I need an electrician?

No. It runs on 1750W at standard 110V/120V with 15 amp service, so a normal household outlet is enough. We do recommend a dedicated circuit if you can manage it.

How hard is assembly?

Panels connect with a hidden male-and-female bracket system. Two people, no special tools, typically two to four hours. It is not glued or screwed together permanently, so it can be moved later.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in original packaging and condition with all parts and manuals. A 20% restocking fee applies and return freight is at your cost. Because that's a real expense on an item this size, we'd much rather help you get the size right first — call us and we'll talk it through.

What does the warranty cover?

Lifetime warranty on all electronics including the heaters, control panel, lighting and audio, for as long as you own it. The wood and glass carry a 5-year structural warranty.

Do you ship outside the USA?

No. We ship within the 48 contiguous states only. These are large freight items and international shipping isn't something we can do well, so we don't offer it.

Cedar or Hemlock?

Same size, same heaters, same price. Hemlock is pale with a neutral, subtle grain and almost no scent. Canadian Cedar is warmer in tone with the classic aromatic sauna smell. If anyone in the house is scent-sensitive, choose Hemlock.
