Booking requests. If you use our booking form, we collect your name, phone number, the store and time you choose, and any notes you add. Your email address is optional. Please do not put medical details in the notes box; we only need what is required to arrange your visit.
Franchise enquiries. If you enquire about owning a franchise, we collect your name, contact details, the territory you are interested in, and the financial ranges you choose to share, so we can assess the enquiry and contact you.
Messages. If you call, email or message us, we keep what you send so we can reply.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view and the date and time. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell products online, so we do not collect payment card details through this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site, and only as needed for that purpose:

We keep booking requests and messages only as long as we need them to arrange and follow up your visit and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional privacy rights. This website is meant for adults. Parents and guardians are welcome to book a fitting for a child, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
